£13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay

35 hours per week over 6 days on a rota basis - 7.5 hour working day between the hours of 7.30am - 7.00pm and 9am - 5pm on a Saturday
Valid DBS required

Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.

We have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to handle the day-to-day processing of visa applications andamp; renewals. This will include but not limited to greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to a follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.

Engagement with applicants and providing a first class, positive service are key. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.

A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided. Alternatively, Love Success can support you with obtaining one.
