About the Role

The Temporary Customer Service Representative- Bristol position is based in Bristol, paying up to £13.50 per hour plus holiday accrual. This 2-month contract involves 37.5 hours weekly on a rota covering 7:30am-4pm or 11:30am-8pm, Monday to Friday. You will serve as the primary contact for visa applicants, guiding them through the application and renewal process. Duties include greeting visitors, assisting with form completion, and collecting biometric data along with required documentation. A valid DBS certificate is necessary, with immediate start expected. The role demands a personable, proactive approach to ensure a professional experience.
