      <description>Location: Newton Aycliffe | Salary: 13.50-13.50 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Our client in Newton Aycliffe is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Executive to provide efficient support to their Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one of their main customer accounts, providing a strong support system to ensure fulfilment of contractual duties whilst managing customer relations. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and ideally have some experience of working in an office administration or customer facing environment. Typical duties will include:  Processing orders and service exchange requests, to provide appropriate delivery dates as required and reacting to urgent customer demands in real time. Raising collections via an external courier portal. Asset management inclusive of managing the return of goods and raising the relevant internal orders to replenish stock. Generating weekly and monthly KPI reports. Processing of additional works raise and issue additional work quotations when required and process the amended order to suit.
