Our national client based in South Leeds are looking for a candidates to join their team on a temp to perm basis. if you are an excellent Administrator with Customer Service skills please apply today.This starting on 16th February 12.21phThis is a Hybrid role after training ,training will be 2 weeks from Monday 16th February in Morley Head office. Training hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, office days are Tuesday and Wednesday. ShiftMonday to Thursday 10am to 7pmSaturday 8am to 2pm. Friday and Sunday days offTotal = 39 hours To provide administrative support relevant to the following processes:Contract maintenanceMaintenance of the database, with daily analysisLiaise with the Management Team regarding daily support activitiesLiaise with internal and external support services to resolve daily issues affecting customersEscalate issues in a timely and effective mannerProactively support the business to customer delivery serviceProvide enquiry resolution support to internal and external parties within targeted service levelsDistribution of daily activity reports to external service providersAll About YouExcellent PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPointHighly numerate and commercially-minded - used to working in a fast paced environment with attention to accuracy and detail at all timesExcellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to time critical deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate at all ..... full job details .....
