The Role: Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Location: Airdrie, North Lanarkshire

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Contract: Full-time, Temporary (6-10 weeks)

Pay Rate: -13.50 per hour.

Due to Location own transport is required.

We''re looking for a proactive and organised individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a solid background in administration and enjoy supporting a team, we''d love to hear from you.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Processing orders made online and over the phone.
• Updating and maintaining the online system.
• Contacting customers via phone calls and emails to coordinate deliveries.
• Manage the general inbox and respond to any queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

• Great customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A supportive team player with great communication skills.
• Access to your own transportation due to location.
