Temporary Customer Business Support Associate

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Location: London Bridge

Working Model: On-site, 5 days

Contract: Temporary, 6-8 weeks

Pay Rate: £115-£116 per day

Our client is looking for dynamic and empathetic Temporary Customer Support Associates to join their team. As a direct contact for their customers, you will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to individuals during a vulnerable time of their lives. Your ability to communicate with sensitivity, understanding, and professionalism is essential to their mission and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and discuss offered services that may be suitable for their needs.
• Develop an industry knowledge and communicate confidently with clients to answer their inquiries.
• Update CRM systems with client interactions, notes and follow-up actions, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless client experience.
• Provide an empathetic and understanding customer service experience via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain a high standard of quality with all aspects of the role.

Key Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Highly-organised and able to prioritise tasks based on importance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain topics in a sensitive manner.
• A team player, who is willing to assist other departments where required.
• Lots of energy and are eager to learn!
