Temporary Credit ControllerLocation: Uxbridge Office BasedHourly Rate: £15.00 £16.00 per hourDuration: 3-month temporary bookingStart Date: 1st OctoberHours: Monday to Friday, Full TimeWe are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team in Uxbridge on an initial 3-month temporary basis.This role would suit someone who is confident managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments and working across different systems. Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems are essential.Key Responsibilities Proactively chase outstanding customer payments by telephone and emailMonitor customer accounts and ensure payments are received within agreed termsAllocate incoming payments and maintain accurate account recordsInvestigate and resolve invoice and payment queriesReconcile customer accounts and identify outstanding or incorrectly allocated itemsIssue statements, copy invoices and payment remindersMaintain accurate records of collection activity and customer correspondenceAssist with aged debt reporting and provide updates on outstanding balancesLiaise with internal teams to resolve account and invoice queriesUse Excel to maintain, analyse and update financial informationSupport the wider finance team with additional duties as required About You Previous Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experienceConfident chasing outstanding debt and speaking with customersStrong Excel skills are essentialSystem savvy, with the ability to ..... full job details .....
