Here at Pertemps-Network Catering, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Cook & Chef to work on a temporary basis with our clients-based in Hockley, Birmingham

Hours:-10am - 6pm-
Days: Monday- Friday
Enhanced DBS needed - we can process-

Working byself you will be responsible for preparing well-balanced and appetising meals for upto 20 residents, with a strong emphasis on fresh produce.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook lunch & evening meal for the-residents.
  • Oversee food production and cooking
  • Maintain a clean and organised-kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Order and manage food supplies to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimise-waste.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any issues for repair.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.
Qualifications:
  • GNVQ / NVQ LEVEL 2/3-
  • Food Hygiene
  • Extensive knowledge & working experience of Food Allergens-
Benefit:
  • Competitive salary of -16.25ph
