The position involves delivering goods in a timely manner while adhering to all relevant road and safety regulations. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class 2 HGV lorry, primarily with a flatbed trailer, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently, maintaining punctuality and professionalism Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured properly during transit Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including delivery notes and logs Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any unforeseen delays Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle at all times Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed lorries or similar vehicles Must have strong driving skills with a clean driving licence for HGV Class 2 vehicles Delivery driver experience is ..... full job details .....
