Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Temporary Consumer Service Representative to work for a company in Banbury on an ongoing basis.Role: Temporary Consumer Service RepresentativeSalary: £26,000 per AnnumLocation: BanburyKey Responsibilities of the Consumer Service Representative:Responds to a high volume of consumer queries in respect of product information, working to call targets for inbound calls, email and retailer review platforms.Follows through to resolution, carrying out outbound calls as and when required.Handles and responds to all complaints received in an appropriate manner and in line with complaints policy.Maintains accurate records inputting on-line and telephone orders, monitoring and reporting on supply issues.Investigates queries and issues including the ordering of parts and/or refunds. Escalates when appropriate.Develops a vast knowledge of the full product range.Processes and confirms payments.Processes orders on behalf of our sister companies.About you:NVQ Level 3 IT/Customer ServicesProven track record in a similar positionRelevant experience in database management, information systems or/and data processingMicrosoft Excel and AccessKnowledge in SAP is an advantageExcellent telephone/email mannerDemonstrates a positive attitude; opennessExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills to achieve targetsA team player, working flexibly with others to achieve targets and objectivesAbility to work in an ..... full job details .....
