Temporary Chef Manager Cover - Cramlington Location: Cramlington Duration: 1st September to 18th September (inclusive) Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:00pmWe are currently seeking an experienced Chef Manager to provide temporary cover for a busy on-site catering operation in Cramlington.This role is focused primarily on the delivery of high-quality food service, making it ideal for a chef with strong culinary and craft skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch menusMaintaining high standards of food quality and presentationWorking alongside two full-time Catering AssistantsManaging and placing food orders as requiredEnsuring food hygiene and health and safety standards are adhered toCompleting daily temperature checks and food safety recordsRequirements:Previous Chef Manager or Senior Chef experienceStrong craft cooking skills are essentialExperience ordering stock and managing food suppliesFood hygiene knowledge and a proactive approach to kitchen managementReliable and able to hit the ground runningThis is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced chef looking for a daytime role with no evening work.Interested?
