Job: Body Shop Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a Body shop manager to support the whole team and the area manager in overseeing daily operations. To join a team of one of the largest independent repair groups in the UK. That are currently operating 21 sites in the UK and many more to come.

What you’ll be doing;

• Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.
• Making sure repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
• Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.
•  Cooperate with the internal teams on a regular basis.

You might be wondering what skills you need?

• Have strong knowledge within the body shop repair industry.
• Experience in managing a site/Bodyshop and people.
• To be able to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Familiar with BSI requirements.
