Temporary Bilingual Graduate Office Assistant - £14 per hour

Just graduated and looking to gain some office experience or fund future travel plans£ Our client, a leading provider of premium serviced offices in prestigious locations around London, are looking for a temporary bilingual graduate Office Assistant to join their Team. You will work alongside a lovely Receptionist to ensure service levels for the clientele in the building are of an extremely high level.

Location: West London
Start date: Monday 15th September 2025
Hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
Hourly pay rate: £14 per hour plus holiday pay accrual

This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the hospitality and client satisfaction at this serviced office. You will support and assist the Receptionist, maintaining high standards through delivery of a superior meet and greet service to clients and their guests; assisting with administrative requests; receiving, sorting, and delivering post andamp; parcels; answering telephone calls and booking andamp; preparing meeting rooms.
