This is a temporary role offering the chance to step into a key position supporting the Company Secretary and wider governance team.Key ResponsibilitiesBoard and Committee SupportPrepare and collate meeting packs, ensuring timely distribution.Take accurate and professional meeting minutes.Assist with scheduling, planning and coordinating board and committee meetings.Maintain strong document control and version management for all governance materials.Statutory and Regulatory ComplianceSupport the completion and submission of statutory filings.Assist with maintaining statutory registers and governance records.Ensure compliance tasks are completed within required timescales.Governance and Administrative DutiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Company Secretary.Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business to gather information and coordinate tasks.Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.Support ad-hoc governance projects as required.Experience and Skills RequiredEssential ExperiencePrevious experience in ..... full job details .....
