Temporary Administrator
I am recruiting on behalf of a confidential client in North Norfolk for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis. The assignment is expected to last for approximately three months, with the potential for extension. An immediate start is required.Daily duties: The Office Administrator will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the department. Responsibilities include: General Administration and SupportProviding administrative support across the teamManaging diaries and booking meetingsManaging electronic filing and documentationPrinting drawings, documents and reports for ongoing projectsCompliance SupportSupporting compliance through accurate record keepingRecording checks for equipment such as the on-site defibrillatorEssential Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in an administrative roleStrong organisational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePointAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPersonal Qualities: The ideal candidate will be:Customer-focused and professionalCalm, positive and solutions orientatedHighly organised with the ability to multi-taskA confident communicatorAble to work well under pressureThis temporary position is expected to last for three months, with the possibility of extension.
