Temporary Administrator (Healthcare Industry) Wetherby, LS22 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Immediate Start Temporary - 6 weeks (potential permanent) £13.00 per hour Role SummaryA healthcare organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Administrator to support order processing, stock control, and customer service. This role plays a key part in supporting patients, and internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Order Processing and AdministrationAccurately process customer orders and purchase orders from order to remittance. Raise invoices and credit notes; manage orders and invoices via Sage. Liaise with client contacts to ensure timely payment.Manage and oversee order fulfilment. Customer ServiceProvide telephone and digital assistance to patients enquiring about healthcare products.Support patients throughout the ordering process and provide technical guidance.Stock ControlManage the device inventory, liaising with manufacturing to maintain adequate stock levels.Handle stock maintenance including imports, exports, and stock reporting.Quotations and ContractsAccurately process and administer customer quotations and contracts.Liaise with hospital administration regarding stock, purchase orders, and quotation requirements.
