Administrator - Temporary OpportunityLocation: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Contract: Temporary - 4 Weeks Start Date: 26th May 2026 Pay Rate: 13 ph Working Pattern: Monday 09:00 - 17:00Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 08:30 - 17:00Friday 08:30 - 15:00Our client, a well-established business within the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis for an initial 4-week assignment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience within a busy HR environment while supporting a friendly and collaborative team during a key operational period.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupporting the HR and Payroll Administrator and Senior Management Team with day-to-day administrationTyping and distributing letters and correspondenceUpdating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate recordsLogging time and attendance informationCoordinating meetings and events, including arranging hotels, taxis and cateringOrdering office supplies and uniformsProcessing and logging invoicesProviding onsite IT and administrative supportUpdating and issuing online training coursesAssisting with general facilities and reception dutiesManaging visitor access, including issuing door passes and welcoming visitors onsiteIf you are immediately available and interested in this temporary Administrator opportunity, please submit your CV today.
