Are you looking for a long-term contract opportunity within a supportive finance team?A care and support organisation is seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable Officer to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. Based in Central London, this role offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the sales ledger function, ensuring income is accurately recorded, invoiced and collected while maintaining strong relationships with operational stakeholders across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process across a portfolio of servicesRaising invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all income is correctly recordedSetting up, maintaining and closing customer accounts as requiredPerforming regular reconciliations of sales ledger accounts and resolving discrepanciesProcessing refunds and account adjustments where necessarySupporting monthly and year-end close processes through accurate reporting and reconciliationsLiaising with operational teams regarding admissions, occupancy changes and account queriesInvestigating outstanding balances and ensuring prompt resolution ..... full job details .....
