Temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor - Media

We''re working with a well-established media business to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor on an immediate-start contract to provide short-term sickness cover. This is a hands-on role leading a busy AP function, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with strong NetSuite experience.Responsibilities:Supervise and support the AP team, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and within agreed timescalesOversee weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier payment termsAct as the first point of contact for AP-related queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliersMaintain the AP ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up to dateManage month-end AP activities, including reconciliations, accruals and reportingSupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queriesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controlsWork closely with Procurement and Operations to resolve purchase order and invoice discrepanciesRequirements:Previous experience within Accounts Payable, including experience supervising or leading an AP teamStrong working knowledge of NetSuite is essentialAdvanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle would be advantageousExperience within a media, production or creative business is desirableHandle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on ..... full job details .....
