Processing purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the accounting system. Assisting with bank reconciliations and allocating incoming payments. Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries. Supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Assisting with month-end procedures and the preparation of financial reports. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring finance systems are kept up to date.
