We are seeking a proactive and motivated Temporary Accommodation Team Leader to lead a busy team delivering high-quality housing management services to homeless households living in temporary accommodation.Temporary Accommodation Team LeaderPublic Sector - Local Government Initial 6-month temporary assignment with potential for extension36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 26.68 per hour PAYE / 35.48 per hour UmbrellaHybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with the remainder worked remotelyASAP StartThe RoleAs Temporary Accommodation Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of Temporary Accommodation Officers, ensuring the effective management of temporary accommodation stock, tenancy sustainment, repairs, voids, and landlord relationships. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation and health and safety requirements.You will also deputise for the Temporary Accommodation Manager when required and work closely with internal departments, accommodation providers, landlords, and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a team of Temporary Accommodation Officers.
