The main priority of this role is to help move households out of Temporary Accommodation, with a strong focus on discharge of homelessness duty and progressing cases to a suitable and sustainable outcome. Key responsibilities You will be responsible for managing a caseload of households in Temporary Accommodation and actively progressing cases towards move-on. This will include: Progressing cases towards discharge of duty . Identifying suitable move-on options, including private rented accommodation. Ensuring offers and discharges are completed correctly and in line with homelessness legislation. Supporting households through the move-on process. Liaising with landlords, housing providers, internal teams and external agencies. Reducing prolonged stays in Temporary Accommodation. Keeping case notes and actions fully updated on Jigsaw .
