This is a key frontline role focused on helping households move out of temporary accommodation and into secure, settled housing. You will work directly with households in temporary accommodation to understand their individual move-on needs, identify and overcome barriers, and support them through the transition into suitable settled accommodation in line with legal housing duties. A core part of the role involves working closely with Lettings Negotiators to ensure the right properties are identified and effectively matched to households, maximising the use of available housing stock and ensuring no properties go unused.
