You will manage your own caseload, understand individual housing and support needs, identify and overcome barriers to moving, and ensure households are matched with appropriate accommodation. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that will play an important part in reducing the length of time households spend in temporary accommodation and achieving positive, sustainable housing outcomes.
