We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Temporary 1st Line IT Support Advisors to join their busy support team in Birmingham City Centre. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills, IT knowledge or an interest in developing a career within IT support. As a 1st Line IT Support Advisor, you will provide first-class support to customers, resolving a variety of IT queries and escalating issues where required. You will receive full training before supporting customers independently. Working Hours You will work on 5 days on, 2 days off rotational shift pattern, working 10-hour shifts between 10:00am and 10:00pm shift will include weekends. The start date is 2nd September 9-5.30 for training then The first shift will be: Saturday 5th September Shifts will be either: and will alternate 10:00am - 8:00pm 12:00pm - 10:00pm We Are Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT and computer skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to remain calm under pressure Reliable and committed individuals Please Note: This assignment is expected to last 4-6 weeks.
