TEMPORARY WORKS COORDINATORLocation: Lewis, StornowayDuration: 12 months+Start Date: ASAPHours: 7:00am 7:00pmWorking Pattern: Monday to FridayWe are looking for an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join a major civil engineering project in Lewis on a long-term contract basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing temporary works throughout the project, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Agent, engineering team, designers and consultants to ensure temporary works are properly planned, approved, installed and maintained.Previous Temporary Works Coordinator experience is preferred, although candidates with strong civil engineering and site-based experience who have had responsibility for temporary works will also be considered.Key Responsibilities: Identify temporary works requirements as the project progressesCoordinate temporary works designs and prepare and agree design briefsLiaise with the design team, consultants and temporary works designersEnsure temporary works designs are appropriately checked, approved and available before works commenceMaintain and manage the temporary works registerCoordinate the installation and inspection of temporary works on siteEnsure temporary works are constructed and installed in accordance with approved designsManage and coordinate any changes to temporary worksCoordinate the safe loading and use of temporary works, including their subsequent dismantling and removalEnsure all ..... full job details .....
