Job Title: Temp to Perm Transport Administrator

Location: Godalming (Must Drive - No Public Transport Access)

Fully on site

Perm Salary: -25,000 - -26,000 per annum

Temp hourly rate: -13 - -14 an hour

Hours: Monday -Friday 9am- 6pm (flexible start times) (x1 Saturday required per month)

We''re on the lookout for a Transport Administrator to join our client''s busy operations team in Godalming. You will play a key role in keeping the fleet running smoothly and ensuring their customers receive top-notch service every time!

What You''ll Be Doing?

• Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and partners
• Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics
• Managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We''re Looking For?

• Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience in customer service or admin roles (logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential!)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
