Key Responsibilities You will play a key role in inspecting the Council’s housing stock, carrying out surveys and providing accurate technical assessments of properties and building works. The role will involve undertaking property inspections, identifying defects and required remedial works, and preparing clear technical recommendations and specifications. You will work closely with contractors, surveyors, housing teams, property services and other internal stakeholders to ensure works are identified, progressed and completed to the required standard. You will monitor works on site, assess quality and progress, identify any issues or defects and ensure appropriate remedial action is taken.
