Children''s Residential Support Worker (Agency) North West England 13.00 - 16.80 per hour Ad Hoc Shifts Flexible Working Temp to Perm Opportunities Available We are currently recruiting experienced Children''s Residential Support Workers to support a range of children''s residential homes across the North West on an agency basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, additional shifts, or a pathway for temp to permanent position within a children''s residential setting. The Role You will be supporting children and young people within residential care settings, helping to provide a safe, nurturing and structured environment while promoting positive outcomes and independence. Duties may include: Supporting children and young people with their day-to-day needs Building positive and professional relationships Encouraging participation in education, activities and life skills Completing daily records and incident reports Supporting behaviour management strategies and care plans Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times Working alongside multidisciplinary teams and external professionals Requirements Previous experience working within a Children''s Residential Home Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins where required Strong communication and teamwork skills A caring, resilient and professional approach What''s on Offer? 13.00 - 16.80 per ..... full job details .....
