Service Desk Support 3-Month Contract - GloucestershireAre you an experienced IT Support professional looking for your next temp opportunity?We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk to join a busy IT team in Gloucestershire on an initial 3-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working in a fast-paced support environment.Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to end users.Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents.Accurately log, update, and track support tickets.Assist with user account administration and access management.Escalate complex technical issues where required.Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting service targets.
