About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, supporting the sales and operations teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders using SAP.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven SAP experience in order processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in a hybrid model (office & remote).
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.21.
