• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for scheduled appointments.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
• Maintain an organised and tidy reception area at all times.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Temp Receptionist should have:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a professional setting.
