Production Operative - Bagging Avonmouth, Bristol £14.00 per hour (temporary) £32,000 per year once permanent 4 days on / 4 days off 05:30-18:00 Immediate start Temp to Perm Own transport essential AandG Resourcing are looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy production team at a site in Avonmouth. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing or a similar industrial environment who is looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position. Overtime opportunities may also be available. The Role Working as part of the production team, your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring bagging and production machinery. Moving and preparing materials for production. Monitoring equipment and reporting any faults or issues. Carrying out basic problem-solving where trained to do so. Working closely with production and maintenance teams. Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Completing production records and shift handovers. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Supporting the team to meet production and quality targets. Operating a forklift, if trained and authorised. About You We''re looking for someone who: Has previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar hands-on role.
