Temp - Hire Administrator

Berry Recruitment are looking for a temp Hire Administrator to join one of our clients in Totton that specialise in manufacturing and supplying temperature control solutions.
This is to start ASAP for at least 4 weeks with possible extension.
Working hours Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Hourly pay rate between -14.50 and -15.50 depending on experience.
The main purpose of this role is to help out with all administration duties on the hire department.
Main Duties:
- Speaking with customers about the hire of products
- Ensuring products are available for the customer
- Checking dates/times for availability and scheduling this in
- Quoting prices
- Speaking with sales team regarding anything to do with hire
- Using computer systems to input information
Candidate Requirements:
- Administration experience is essential
- Customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to multi task
