Our client are looking to recruit Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time working evening or night shifts.

Daily Duties

Managing the relationship and briefing requirements

Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner

Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns

To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format

To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes

Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
