Contract Type: Term-Time Only
(November - mid-December, mid-January - end of March, mid-April - mid/late July)
Hours: 35 hours per week (37.5 including unpaid breaks)
Shifts are 7.5 hours per day, scheduled between 8:00am and 7:30pm.

You''ll lead by example, supporting the day-to-day running of the cafandeacute;, ensuring the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cafandeacute; operations and support a small team.
Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee and cafandeacute; food items.
Manage stock control, ordering, and regular stocktakes.
Organise staff schedules and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure the cafandeacute; is clean, inviting, and well-presented at all times.
Oversee merchandising and ensure the cafandeacute; looks great from a customer''s perspective.
Lead by example with calm, confident service under pressure.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
