Temp Accounts Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a lovely company based in Horsham, West Sussex who are looking for a temp Finance Assistant to start ASAP and support with everyday transactional finance such as; accounts payable invoicing, supplier statements, handling invoice queries, reconciliations etc.Pay rate: 14-15 per hour + holiday payHours: 9-5Accounts Assistant duties:Processing purchase invoicesPreparing the monthly payment run for suppliersPreparing and issuing Statements of Account for customersHandling and following up on any invoice or payment queriesAssisting with credit control, contacting customers regarding any outstanding debtsSupporting the office and finance team with any other admin dutiesSkills and experience required:Ideally have some proven experience working in an Accounts / Finance support / Accounts Payable type roleExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenGood IT ..... full job details .....
