Working with The Shrewsbury Ark and KiP, this exciting new partnership will strengthen support for people experiencing homelessness across Telford and Wrekin and Shropshire. About the Role You''ll work alongside people facing homelessness, crisis and complex needs, offering flexible, practical support through outreach, in-reach, crisis response, move-on and tenancy sustainment. One of the two roles will also include support linked to Stay''s supported accommodation.
