You will play a key role in leading and developing a small telesales team, ensuring high performance, strong morale and consistent delivery of qualified appointments for the new business function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a sales environment who enjoys coaching others and driving results. Benefits and Package for Telesales Team Leader: Salary: 31,746 - 34,254 DOE Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9-5 (working approx. 1 in 3 weekends).
