Telesales Representative – Uncapped Commission
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and target-focused Telesales Representative to join a growing business in the services sector. If you enjoy building rapport, closing sales, and turning leads into loyal customers then this role is for you.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Book quality appointments for the sales team
• Win back lapsed customers
• Follow up on quotes and warm leads
• Help launch new services and sales campaigns
• Keep accurate records using CRM systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven telesales or inside sales experience
• Confident communicator with great telephone skills
• Able to work independently and hit targets
• Organised, motivated, and proactive
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office & CRM software
