Our client, based in Cardiff, are looking to appoint an experienced Telesales Executive to join a very well-established team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation with ambitious plans. Location - CardiffHours - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00pmSalary - 24,500 per annum + Quarterly Performance Bonus Benefits Bonus Incentives Access to Health Shield (Healthcare Benefits System) Workplace Pension Free Parking on site Free food (Daily) As a Telesales Executive, you will be part of the wider strategic Sales Team to generate opportunities. The target market is vast, so the potential to hit incentive-based performance targets within this role is very strong! You will be responsible for generating appointments for the Field Sales Team and converting opportunities wherever possible. You will also be required to attend and support the Sales Team at business exhibitions to promote the relevant services and help follow up on all leads. You will also be required to manage and update the CRM System.
