We are looking for a bright, friendly and proactive Telesales Executive to join our client s expanding business development team within the financial services sector. You will need to be able to identify and generate opportunities through a database of existing customers in line with the company sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service every time. Key Responsibilities: To identify and perform outbound sales calls, including lead generation, lead follow-up and sales qualification. Maintaining the database ensuring all customer information is up to date and accurate Building profitable and enduring relationships with new and existing targeted customer opportunities Maintain and prospect the database that supports the wider ambition of the business. Achieve allocated sales targets and KPIs Key skills and Experience: Experience of working in a telesales or tele appointment role Excellent communication and organisational skills. Highly results focused with a winning mindset. Ability to interact effectively at multi-levels. MS Office skills with a high level of numeracy and Excel skills.
