Telesales Executive

Our client is a well established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for a confident and experienced sales person to join them as Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Executive. Your job will be to contact potential new customers, create new business, and promote the company products. Salary: 28,668 basic + Quarterly Team Bonus Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 1:30pm Friday PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: You have at least 3 years solid experience of cold calling, and are capable of handling rejection positively You are an experienced Telesales person, with experience of new business development Experience of working to, and hitting sales targets in a sales team environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and respond accordingly Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word Familiarity with CRM Software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools Full UK Driving License with own transport Grade 4+ in English and Maths Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the products and services with confidence and clarity Identify potential customer needs and tailor the pitch to demonstrate value effectively Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the CRM software, including Salesforce, ensuring accurate follow-up actions Qualify leads by assessing client interest and ..... full job details .....
