This is a high-volume outbound calling role , where you will be speaking with people who have already expressed an interest in training and upskilling opportunities. Your role will be focused on contacting enquiries, understanding their requirements, completing the relevant CRM and vetting process , and encouraging suitable candidates to enrol onto the programme. You will then arrange and invite successful applicants to attend induction days .
