Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Cardiff (walkable from the train station)Salary: £27,000 per annum, OTE £47,000We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our client, an IT Managed Services Provider and Technology business, who is looking to add to their successful sales team.As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital part in the sales process, helping to secure appointments and sales that will add to the ongoing success of the business.Job Duties: Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and servicesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phoneMeeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basisUpdating customer information in the database during and after each callHandling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional mannerCollaborating with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals Required Qualifications: Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role within IT ServicesKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsFamiliarity with CRM software If successful, you can expect a salary of £27,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with the opportunity to earn fantastic commission and progress your sales career within an established, growing Technology business.Send your CV for immediate consideration for an interview. ..... full job details .....
