The role:

As a Telesales Executive, you will:

Engage with both new and existing customers over the phone to promote our high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories.Generate and qualify leads, booking appointments for the field sales team.Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.Follow up on warm leads and previous inquiries to maximise sales opportunities.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring a smooth sales process.Work towards and exceed set sales targets and performance goals.Liaise with the wider sales team to drive business growth.What we offer:
