The Hybrid Telesales Executive will play a key role in generating high-quality sales leads and appointments for clients. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in outbound B2B telesales or telemarketing. The role requires persistence, confidence, and excellent communication skills to engage with decision-makers and secure valuable opportunities. Detailed Responsibilities for the Telesales Executive; Sales and Lead Generation Conduct outbound B2B telemarketing and telesales calls to engage with prospective clients. Generate high-quality leads and set appointments for clients. Meet and exceed the minimum target of 12-15 appointments per month (subject to confirmation at the interview stage). Effectively communicate product and service benefits to potential customers. Client and Team Collaboration Work closely with the Senior Campaign Manager to ensure client expectations are met.
