We''re looking for a Telesales Compliance Officer to work closely with our Sales teams to monitor calls to ensure compliance to policies and processes. What you''ll be doing? As a Telesales Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales and service activities meet regulatory, legal, and company standardsPartake in call listening and provide feedback to agents virtually. Analyse information entered onto our system by agents as part of their assessment. Produce virtual feedback for outsourced providers. Support peak business needs, including Customer First mobilisation Who are we looking for?A keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
