Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Closer for a fast-growing stairlift engineering company based in Bradford. This is a critical, high-impact role for a razor-sharp closer who thrives on converting warm opportunities into completed sales.
With record appointment volumes, you''ll work closely with on-site surveyors to own live deals and get them over the line, while also chasing unsold quotes after the survey to secure conversions. This role offers strong earning potential and a clear opportunity to build and lead a dedicated telesales closing team.

• Proven experience closing sales over the phone or remotely
• Confident handling warm, high-intent leads
• Exceptional objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Commercially driven and motivated by commission
• Professional, persuasive, and calm under pressure
• Stairlift, home improvements, or mobility industry experience - Ideal

Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Closer:

• Close live stairlift sales while surveyors are on-site with customers
• Take control of deals in progress to maximise conversion rates
• Chase and convert unsold quotes following completed surveys
• Handle inbound and outbound closing calls with professionalism
• Up sell warranties and additional services to increase deal value
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and closing targets
