What would your duties be?Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased businessCold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunitiesIdentify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organizationResearch and build relationships with new clientsPlan approaches and pitchesWork with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client''s needs, concerns, and objectivesParticipate in pricing the solution/serviceHandle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusionUse a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriatelyEnsure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company''s CRM or other sales management systemWhat will we offer?£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience), Uncapped commission Generous annual leave allowance - 24 days holiday plus bank holidays - Additionally Xmas break (usually 4-5 days) and birthdays are paid leave additional to annual allowance!Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pmOn-going training and development to support with your career progressionAmazing incentives to reward our hard-working staff such as: holidays, cash prizes and much more Company pensionEmployee referral program''Cycle to work'' schemeStaff ..... full job details .....
